Your account

Delete your Nifa account

You can delete your Nifa account and its data at any time: in the app, or here if you no longer have the app.

In the app

  1. Open Nifa and go to Settings → Account.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. If your account has an email address (email or Google sign-in), enter the code we email you.

Uninstalling the app doesn't delete your account.

Here, without the app

Enter the email address of your Nifa account (the one you sign in with, or your Google account's address). We'll email you a code that deletes the account.

If you use Nifa without signing in, your account has no email address: delete it in the app.

Can't get into your email any more? Email pocket@khuramimtiaz.com from another address and tell us your account's address; we'll help you.

What is deleted

  • Your account, sign-in identities (email and Google), sessions, installs and their push tokens.
  • Your credits, plans given by support, trials, and the replies you reported.

What is kept

  • Purchase records, the credit ledger, usage numbers and rewarded-ad records, without your account id: 7 years for tax and accounting, then deleted.
  • Anonymous claims that stop free credits and trials being collected again (keyed hashes, not your address), for as long as Nifa offers them.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions).
